Design: DNA extractions were done on whole-body adult males using the Qiagen Mag Attract HMW DNA kit following the manufacturer instructions. Sequencing libraries were generated for each male using a TruSeq DNA nano prep kit (550bp insert size). Libraries were then sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 2500 at the Lausanne Genomic Technologies Facility.
